    <description>&lt;P&gt;If you saw the message from TalkTalk advising "&lt;EM&gt;Our records show that you are still accessing your email using unencrypted email settings...&lt;/EM&gt;" then the email address receiving that notification has now been limited to webmail only access OR has a stop on sending mail as a last resort action by TalkTalk to stop the use of email connections not secured by TLS 1.2 encryption.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;TalkTalk Mail webmail is secure by design when using an up to date Internet browser.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If your mailbox is limited to webmail only access for both sending and receiving mail, you will be able to get access restored to email apps or email software, including mail collection services, passwords will then re-authenticate, so long as you're ready to use supported email software and secure email settings for all the ways you view emails.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We can advise on device and software compatibility with TLS 1.2 encryption and provide customer setup guides. Just let us know each mail collection service, each device, its operating system and email software including version that are in current use.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been unable to send emails since friday.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have updated my email client to use Authtication as per&amp;nbsp; as per &lt;A href="https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/Email/Unable-to-send-email/m-p/2956907#M168500" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/Email/Unable-to-send-email/m-p/2956907#M168500&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have put the email accounts in my personal info.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Recieving email is unaffected only sending is impacted.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you activate my accounts&amp;nbsp; TIA&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Those settings will work. As long as the User Names are identical and the passwords are correct and identical for both incoming and outgoing settings.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am sending it from &lt;A href="mailto:me@mydomain.com" target="_blank"&gt;me@mydomain.com&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am doing this as it&amp;nbsp; appears in the email as the return address&amp;nbsp; Also I would like to&amp;nbsp; use&amp;nbsp; my email client&amp;nbsp; to send emails from different email addresses at my domain.&amp;nbsp; this helps me to organise the incoming emails.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;I have&amp;nbsp; been able to send the email using the talk talk account how ever this is not ideal as I dont want anyone using the talktalk account as this appears in the email.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You cannot send from your personal domain address using the TalkTalk Mail servers. You will have been able to do so in the past but all TalkTalk Mail now requires fully secure and authenticated sending. TalkTalk will not authenticate personal domain email.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;So what you have to do is create new email accounts. One each for your TalkTalk Mail addresses and one each for your personal domain email addresses.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For personal domain email you need to use the incoming and outgoing mail servers provided by your personal domain mail host.&amp;nbsp; Let me know who that is and I'll look up the settings for their mail servers.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
