      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;My&amp;nbsp;dsl.pipex.com&amp;nbsp;email account cannot log onto the incoming server. Settings required are correct and password is correct. (Can log onto webmail).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;TalkTalk support - please can you add my mailbox to those to be restored to normal function? Email address in my profile.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you saw the message from TalkTalk advising "&lt;EM&gt;Our records show that you are still accessing your email using unencrypted email settings, because of this you will no longer be able to receive or send emails via this email app or software&lt;/EM&gt;" then the email address receiving that notification has been limited to webmail only access as a last resort action by TalkTalk to stop the use of insecure email.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;TalkTalk Mail webmail is secure by design using an up to date Internet browser.&lt;/P&gt;

Just let us know each mail collection service, each device, its operating system and email software including version that are in current use.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Thanks for a sight of the settings on your email devices. The iPad is perfect for IMAP secure, Windows 10 Mail is perfect for IMAP secure. Windows Live Mail (WLM). WLM is not supported by TalkTalk and is intrinsically insecure and cannot offer secure connections to the required TLS 1.2 encryption standard.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please cease using WLM. Do not take it online. WLM is the culprit that got your mailbox device access restricted.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is the email address a master pipex email address of the form &lt;A href="mailto:abcd12@dsl.pipex.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;abcd12@dsl.pipex.com&lt;/A&gt; and is that the one added to the Private notes or is it an alias address? If you have a master pipex email address linked to an alias address that you normally use then please add the master address to your Community profile.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;On the basis that secure mail settings are good on two of your email apps I've requested that full access is restored for the mailbox email address in your Community profile, Personal information, Private notes.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;TalkTalk Support will respond here and access returned within a couple of days after that. Until then use TalkTalk Mail webmail via an up to date Internet browser to keep in touch with email contacts.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
