    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Ady,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since your reply on 27/2 my advising you would add my mailbox to those that need to be restored to normal function, I still cannot access my emails on my iPhone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have added my email to the private notes section today so you can see the email address that needs to be restored incase you didn’t have this previously.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;many thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Pls can someone from support help to unblock my emails?!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have changed my email settings on my iPhone to the new encrypted host/port etc but my emails are still restricted.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have added my email to the private notes for you to see. Pls can you reactivate this email as have been promised this would happen twice within 48 hours &amp;amp; 2 weeks later I am still not able to access my emails.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If you saw the message from TalkTalk advising "&lt;EM&gt;Our records show that you are still accessing your email using unencrypted email settings, because of this you will no longer be able to receive or send emails via this email app or software&lt;/EM&gt;" then the email address receiving that notification has been limited to webmail only access as a last resort action by TalkTalk to stop the use of insecure email.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;TalkTalk Mail webmail is secure by design using an up to date Internet browser.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've asked that full access is restored for the mailbox email address in your Community profile, Personal information, Private notes. (Do check it's there - master mailbox address if using an alias address)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;TalkTalk Support will respond here and then restore MAP4 / POP3 access as soon as reasonably possible. Until full access is switched back on, ask the user to use TalkTalk Mail webmail via an up to date Internet browser to keep in touch with email contacts.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Are you confident that no help is necessary checking the services / devices / email software for compatibility with TLS 1.2 encryption and the incoming and outgoing server settings in use? Did you identify the insecure settings, for example? The culprit device or software that got a stop on sending or mailbox access switched off because ports 25 (SMTP) or 110 (POP) or 143 (IMAP) were used?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

My primary address is definitely in the private notes section to be restored by support team.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have also checked a couple of old phones to see if my email is still set up using port 110 &amp;amp; although one was inactive &amp;amp; on a phone that is not being used anymore this may have hindered the process too.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hopefully now IT support will be able to successfully restore my emails.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your help!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
