Tiscali Server

There has been an irritating reliability problem with the Ticsali server for many years now. Last year on this forum we were told that a new Tiscali server was going to be installed to remedy this long standing problem. Can you please find out when / if this is likely to happen, as I and many other TalkTalk customers are paying "good money" for a service that is clearly not "fit for purpose".

As the DNS was back up without too much of a delay I guess it was a power outage due to these extreme weather conditions / grid power issues. Your topic does have an escalation into the TalkTalk workflow so they'll reply here.

The matter is not resolved as I am still experiencing problems on my Tiscali email accounts.
