can't receive emails on my talktalk.net

My Talktalk email has stopped working can send ok but when I click Get Messages on Thunderbirds get message " Server imap.talktalk.net has disconnected. the server may have gone down or there may be a problem with the network. Receiving messages on my phone dosn't work either. can send ok.

My wifes talktalk.net works fine

Tried using web mail that comes up with there is a problem accessing your messages.

There's a problem with email. The incident is being worked on and you can track it on the Service Status (Email) page.
