      <title>Unable to receive emails but can send them</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;After reading a number of posts with a similar issue it seems that my wife's email needs to be restored. Mine is working fine but hers stopped suddenly yesterday. Her incoming settings have been set up correctly but she gets the error message of 'Couldnt open connection to server'&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When on webmail she gets the error message 'Unable to connect to email server.&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Possible reasons: The e-mail server is (temporarily) down or there are network connection problems. Please try again in a few minutes.'&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;This started yesterday, please advise as to what we need to do.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
