Hello.

I have just had a new PC and have set up TalkTalk for my emails and my wifes. Mine is Tiscali and my wifes Tinyworld. Now only emails from 20th February 2023 are showing on my account but ones well over 12 months are showing on my wifes account.

I have tried many things to try and sort this but without success. Anyone got any ideas please.

What email software are you using e.g. Outlook 365 or Apple / Mac Mail and what types of email account have you set up - IMAP or POP3?

IMAP will leave mail on the server. POP3 will download to the PC from the Inbox and may download all and leave say the last month of mail messages on the server - that's a user setting. Or the email software may be set to display only emails from a set time frame - that's also a user setting.
