Hi eebo7, there's not an issue that I've seen reported. Have you logged into webmail and checked all folders and the mail forwards to ensure its not being forwarded on somewhere else?

I am trying to get back into my Microsoft account (somehow the password seems to have changed?) which has all my backups, photos and other files in. To do this, I need to verify my identity, but when I click the button for Microsoft to send me a verification code to my tiscali email address, I never receive it? I have done this multiple times now, checked my spam and junk folders, but still no codes? Is this some talktalk mail issue?

Hello

I have this issue but the reason this is a problem is that Microsoft insist on sending my reset code to a TalkTalk.com email that I don't possess nor have I ever possessed. My email is a legacy tiscali.co.uk but for some reason Microsoft automatically switches these to TalkTalk. Help please I am tearing my hair out trying to reactivate this account.

This is a very old thread. Please start your own topic and the support team can try to help. Have you changed the server details on your old tiscali address to the TalkTalk ones, while keeping the actual address the same?
