Sending emails on Kindle Fire HD8 (10th Gen)

My wife & I both access talktalk webmail using the email app on a Kindle HD8. Server settings are identical. Only difference I can see is my address is from a legacy account (tiscali.co.uk) whilst hers is talktalk.net.

I can send emails but she cannot. She gets an error message "Connection problem (Talktalk)" . This has only started happening in last two or three weeks.

Anybody know what's wrong & how to fix it?

Hi kam1953,

Sorry to hear that you're experiencing problems. Have you tried restarting the device, if not then I think it's worth a try if nothing has changed and it worked before
