Broadband subscription

I am unable to set up an email account on a kindle fire hd; the talktalk servers won' t connect, message indicates that I would exceed a maximum of 3 connection. If I log onto my talktalk account, and go to the " mailbox" tab, there is a highlighted warning stating "you do not have an active talktalk broadband or talktalk mailplus subscription so you are no longer able to create or add new email accounts. This is NOT correct; my broadband account is live and active ( and paid up in full!)

How can this be sorted, please?

Thanks for completing your details, @Ronald67. Only you and Talktalk staff have sight of the profile area, so you need to wait for staff to come back on tomorrow.

They can now check that there's no problem in the My Account area and take the issue forward for you.
