email problem

i have updated the port and encryption settings on my computer internet account (thunderbird) but it won't recognise the password. I can access emails on webmail no problem. Could you unblock it for me. Its a bind accessing through web mail all the time.

Telephone number
Alternative contact number
Add the email address to the private notes section
