Thanks for your reply, Arne. I'll see what happens with the May bill due soon.
Spam filters I get, but I don't get why a tiscali server should reject mails from TalkTalk.

TalkTalk sent a letter (7/4/23) saying that bill notifications are not reaching my tiscali.co.uk email address. However, the address is correct, the account is active, the mailbox is virtually empty and there is no reason to believe messages are being blocked. I have tested the account and successfully sent & received messages. My bank has also informed me several times this year (2023) by letter that my tiscali.co.uk email address is not working. I also suspect other mails are not being received, although plenty of mail _is_ received & sent OK. Do I simply conclude that tiscali.co.uk is no longer reliable, and switch to another mail provider?

Hi GlennLRJ

When our billing notifications are rejected we advise to change the address you use to log into My Account to a non-TalkTalk address, Im not sure about the banks emails not being successful they may be classed as spam when they hit the server.

Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
