Hi ROYBEDFORD

Just to confirm, is this only affecting the iPad? Are all other devices using the connection working ok?

For three days now my wife's Internet connection on her I-pad has been lost, having been fully operational for several years. She has urgent news to circulate and cannot do so. My computer connections are working OK, but I cannot help her as I do not have the contacts that she needs to distribute this sad news.. The problem was reported two days ago, it was thought it would be sorted after a two hour delay, but it was not, and the only information that I am now getting is that it is being worked on.

As e-mailed, the I-pad is the only other device connected to the router and my computer.

Hi ROYBEDFORD

Has the ipad been powered off and back on?

It would be worth setting up the wireless again on the ipad (on the ipad wifi settings, forgetting the network and then connecting again with the wireless password from your router)

Thanks
