mail sometimes loads and sometimes doesn't. Message appears saying timed out.

Having problems accessing mail. Sometimes mail loads and sometimes doesn't. Sometimes loads if restart computer but that doesn't always work. I'm having to constantly go in and out of talktalk mail to try & access my mail.

This problem has been going on for some months now.

How are you accessing your mail, are you using webmail or an email client?
