Can only see recent sent emails

I can now only see the last months sent emails on my iPhone as well as when I log into my TalkTalk webmail account. Is there any way to retrieve them?

Hi Nikki,

Can you see exactly the same emails on both devices? When did you notice that previous email were no longer visible?

tes, same on all devices. I haven’t looked in my sent box for a while so can’t pinpoint the change.

Hi Nikki, have you checked to make sure the mail isn't in a different folder?
