The wizard didn't suggest this wasn't OK.

I have been getting a lot of spam in recent weeks from the same domain , i.e. apocalypto.org, and various permutations thereof.

In general I get very little spam, but in the last 4 weeks the volume has grown significantly amd I am now getting about 10 spam emails every day.

I have been trying to configure the filter rules to automatically move them into spam folder but so far without success (settings/email/filter rules).

The spammer is adjusting the domain to permutations like: @typic22al1998ly.apocalypto.org.uk so I need to know how to use special characters in the filter rules to pick up these permutations, & so far I have been unable to find an article with instructions on how to do this.

So how do I use special caharcters like ? and * to do this?

If there is no such advice or FAQ covering the use of filter rules, then why isnt there one?

Thank you

jfeat
