My email page layout

My email page layout has changed and I cannot 'back' an email and get full page of emails. I am sure it is something simple that I have done, but try as I may, I'm unable to get the layout of the page to how it was. i.e. able to see a page of emails and select 'back to send the viewed email back into the list.

In TalkTalk Mail when using a mobile device and mobile browser view you'll see Folders, Email List and the individual email each on their own screens. From an email view, tap Back and you're back to the Email List and tap Folders and you're back to the Folders View.

The display is different to the Desktop browser view where you can see Folders, Email List and Email Details on a single screen display.

My diagnosis is that your mobile browser has been set to Desktop view. Tap the three vertical dots top right and unselect the Desktop Site / Desktop View.

Let me know when you reset the browser to mobile mode. You may be asked to sign in again.
