      <title>Tiscali email not working on Windows 10 using outlook</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This morning I had problems receiving emails on my Tiscali email address on multiple devices. I can now receive emails on my Apple devices but not on my PC running Windows 10. I get the error message 0x800CCC0E.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On the same computer/Outlook my wife's email is working OK and server settings appear to be same as mine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can i get my emails working again on my PC?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Finally managed to get it sorted myself. For some reason I had to change my email password on the Talktalk website and change the password on Outlook. All now appears to be working. But why should i have to do this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
