Not Receiving Emails From Etsy

Has anyone else had problems receiving etsy emails sent to a talktalk email address? I have tested sending emails to the address from other sources, and i have also received emails sent to the address from the etsy support team, but automated emails sent from etsy related to activity on my etsy account (sales, setting changes, etc) are not getting through at all, not even to my spam folder.

Any suggestions on how to proceed?

Put your email address and etsy's sending email address, if you know it, into your Community profile private notes.

Check, using a desktop browser, that in TalkTalk Mail webmail there are no filter rules defined.

Wait for TalkTalk Support next week to check for network blocking.

Done. No filters. Emails sent from places other than Etsy are received ok.

Hi PippaE, I've checked all those email addresses and there's nothing showing as rejected within the last 7 days.
