&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Check that your mailbox has not been restricted to webmail only access by setting up an IMAP email account in &lt;A href="https://www.thunderbird.net/en-GB/" target="_blank"&gt;Thunderbird&lt;/A&gt; email software. &lt;A href="https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/Articles/Email-settings-to-access-TalkTalk-emails/ta-p/2204399" target="_blank"&gt;Email Settings&lt;/A&gt; plus Authentication method is Normal Password.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi windows 10 Outlook 2016. was working fine until Sunday.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have not changed any thing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Email not full.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have clicked repair and sent test message which i have not got but its in web mail.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All other emails working line one , tiscali.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Diane&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Not the troubleshooting approach I suggested but equally effective in this case. The Outlook data file is prone to getting corrupted when it gets large but deleting and reinstalling the account will fix that problem for a while.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Thanks for confirming you're back in action and no intervention by TalkTalk Support is necessary.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
