    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've had a screaming.net email account for many years. Up to until 20th June 2023 I could successfully access my email in Microsoft Outlook on my desktop PC with server settings as follows:-&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;POP3 Server: mail.talktalk.net&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Port:995&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; SSL encryption&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;SMTP Server: smtp.talktalk.net&amp;nbsp; Port:587&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;TLS encryption&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have not changed my settings in Outlook but incoming email is no longer accessible.&amp;nbsp; My outlook version does not support IMAP, and anyway I want to continue to download via POP so as to ensure my email data is REMOVED from the Talktalk servers.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately your version of Outlook is not compatible with the required secure encryption for TalkTalk Mail. What Windows operating system are you using? I'll advise on the upgrade paths you have available.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
