Hi. I have a similar problem - old pipex account that I no longer have access to, but it is the password recovery address for something I am trying to log into. Can you help? Thanks.

Does the pipex mailbox still exist?

Send the pipex mailbox a mail message and see if you get an immediate bounceback of 'unavailable' or 'undeliverable'. If so, the mailbox may be deleted and not recoverable.

I see you signed out of Community early on 3rd July. I assume that means you've confirmed that the pipex mailbox is deleted and this topic can therefore be closed.
