      <description>&lt;P&gt;The error message suggests there may be corruption of an Outlook data file and or anti-virus scanning is blocking the sending port. The standard fix is to delete the account from Outlook and set it up afresh and to temporarily pause anti-virus scanning.&lt;/P&gt;
