Unable to access tinyworld email account through Outlook 365

I have been unable to access my tinyworld email account through Outlook (Microsoft 365) since yesterday evening. Am receiving the following error message:

Sending' reported error (0x8004210B) : 'The operation timed out waiting for a response from the sending (SMTP) server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).'

The error message suggests there may be corruption of an Outlook data file and or anti-virus scanning is blocking the sending port. The standard fix is to delete the account from Outlook and set it up afresh and to temporarily pause anti-virus scanning.
