How do I cancel an email address

I have an account with two email addresses, but only use one. How do I cancel the unused email address.

I do not have access to MY ACCOUNT as I am only and email user.

TalkTalk have withdrawn the ability for mail users to delete email addresses but you can give instructions for mailbox deletion to the TalkTalk Data Protection Office team.

See the GDPR help page item 'Your Right to be Forgotten / Right to Erasure '. There's a postal address, which in my view is the best way to contact the Data Protection team, but you can initiate a contact via any of the TalkTalk contact methods.

In the mean time I have set vaction notice in email/setting.
