I have suddenly encountered problems with e-mails coming from gmx. A regular contact has had his e-mails to me returned. Similarly other e-mails he has sent to talktalk addresses have been returned. Can anyone help

GMX Mail is advertising supported email run by Ionos.

I've had a quick look and all seems normal. What's the full bounceback message received by the originator that cannot get mail delivered to your Inbox? The error code, description and TT code will help to explain why mail is being rejected. Is the originator sending bulk emails to TalkTalk recipients? Maybe the mail is being marked as Spam as not wanted.

Problem appears to have resolved itself as e- mails now coming through.
