Error stating password incorrect

Hello. I cannot log into my Talk Talk Webmail, I enter my email address then enter my password but it suddenly states my password is incorrect!!!! I cannot reset my password as I do not have an alternative email address.

Please could someone help?

Try again.

Customers were signed off the mail platform just after midnight as part of the planned migration process to the new mail platform.

It may take two attempts to sign in to register your email address and then to redirect to a temporary legacy sign in.

Thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately I just tried again, and again it states 'the password is incorrect'!!!!

Clear the browser cookies or reset the browser and then sign in here: https://apps-legacy.talktalk.co.uk/appsuite

If still seeing the password incorrect error message then maybe the password requires changing. But as you don't have password recovery reset details set up we'll need to ask TalkTalk to help you.

I see you signed out in the early afternoon without replying. Did you get signed in or do you need assistance to set up password recovery Reset details? You'll need to sign back in to Community to reply to the topic.
