Can you upgrade the Mac OS? You need a minimum of Mac OS 10.12 Sierra to get support for TLS1.2 encryption security that's required for TalkTalk Mail.

When signing in to TalkTalk Mail using Chrome are you getting the same error message when using this sign in:

Select here:  Sign in to TalkTalk Mail

Enter your full TalkTalk Mail email address and password, select Sign in.

What version of Chrome are you using? Have you updated Chrome to retry? You do know that Google withdrew support for Chrome on Snow Leopard in 2016? So that means no security patches for the last 7 years! In fact I've just looked up Google requirements and Chrome requires Mac OS 10.13 High Sierra as a minimum supported requirement. So, the answer is to update to Mac OS 10.13 if you can.

We cannot access our talktalk emails from our MAC OSX10.6.8 Snow Leopard Apple computer. We're using Chrome browser and we get a message 'browser not supported' have tried a couple of different browsers but same message when we try to access emails. Any suggestions, is this something talktalk has implemented?
