    <description>&lt;P&gt;The TalkTalk Mail platform is being upgraded and mailboxes are due to be migrated to the new platform. You'll receive notification from TalkTalk when your onetel mailbox is scheduled for migration.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;In the meantime sign in via &lt;A href="https://apps-legacy.talktalk.co.uk/appsuite" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Webmail&lt;/A&gt; and check you have password recovery Reset details set up. Main menu &amp;gt; Update your reset details. Then upgrade the password via the &lt;A href="https://myaccount.talktalk.co.uk/forgotdetails/index/webmailindex" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Forgotten password option&lt;/A&gt; on the sign in page.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;NB - I see you have only just verified your Community email address as you originally posted this on 18 July when the old onetel logins were not being redirected to the legacy-apps login. You'll no longer see the error message you described.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>have onetel emails suddenly stopped working?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was just abruptly signed out of my onetel email account and when I tried to sign in again, I get some arcane error telling me "my" OX APP SUITE can't sign in because it has not been activated.&amp;nbsp; I also discovered there seems to be a problem with my password which is a decade or so old, that it was too short.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;oes&amp;nbsp; anyone know what is going on please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
