The User is deactivated message means the mailbox address no longer exists.

Strange that you can get signed in via your desktop? I assume the email address is the same?

Check that your mailbox for the email address entered does still exist. Select here to go to Verifalia an external validation website. If the mailbox exists then you will get a response of Deliverable.

I can log onto my Tiscali webmail from my desktop computer which uses Google chrome as a browser, but when trying from my android phone using google chrome I now get the message 'User is deactivated (AUTHORISATION - 0001)' Any helpful ideas?

OK, does the error message no longer appear? i.e. it was a transient non-availability of the mailbox maybe associated with the current migration of mailboxes to the new OX Cloud 8 mail platform?

So long as you can sign in via up to date browsers on your email devices that's good.

I had the same thing, only on my desk top, the reason was I saved the URL in favourites, I just deleted the bookmark did a new search for Talktalk mail login, saved it to bookmarks it was fine, I guess the original URL was for the old server. It was initially scary though!
