Unable to enter Imap Password

When trying to access my emails via Outlook I get the screen asking me for account name and password but it will not accept my password! I have accessed the web mail using the same password with no trouble, does anyone have any ideas.

If it was working it could be the same issue I posted about. So it "may" disappear soon.

Hi it must be the same issue, after trying for about 30 mins and posting the query I suddenly got notified of incoming mail even though I had done nothing else.

If your mailbox is in the process of being migrated to the new mail platform then you may experience a minor interruption to service. Have you received the notification email from TalkTalk about your mailbox being prepared for migration?

Hi, not specifically my email but did get the general email about it.

All appears to be working fine now.
