Still cannot connect to email server (Tiscali / Outlook) for emails

Hi. Despite other messages indicating that the matter is resolved I am still unable to receive emails on my Tiscali accounts and still keep getting an error message saying "cannot connect to the server - Outlook cannot synchronize subscibed folders - Error Code 0x800CCC0E.

Webmail working fine and "restart" has no effect.

Please can this issue be "raised" again. Thank you.
