Same here - I can go to the Talktalk and sign into the web suite but when click on mail, my cursor spins slowly in the centre of a blank screen,

Although, I can access my email via my android phone.

Is anyone trying to fix this problem? Webmail hasn't worked since yesterday lunchtime, screen is blank with spinning circle. This is on a Windows laptop using Firefox. Emails are visible on my android phone.

Cleared the cache and it's working now.

I have a Windows laptop running Windows 11 and Firefox current build. I have no issue either with webmail access either for a mailbox that's not migrated or two mailboxes that are migrated to the new platform.

What version of Windows and Firefox and what Add-ons are currently running? Have you tried Firefox in troubleshoot mode to off-load any Add-ons and use the default settings?

Do you have any Cookie blocker active as part of an Internet Security product?

EDIT: I see you cleared the cache and report that it's now working. So that was caused by some webpage or cookie corruption.
