Hi,

I cannot sign into my webmail via my laptop:

I click on the shortcut link on my desktop and I am taken to https://new.talktalk.co.uk/ which is normal

On the taskbar at the top, just to the left of "MyAccount" is the "Mail" link.

When I click on the "Mail" link

Google tries to open the following https://apps.talktalk.co.uk/appsuite/

But I only get a spinning circle in the centre of an otherwise blank white screen.

However I can access my email via my android mobile phone.

Can anyone suggest what is causing the problem and a possible solution?

Kind regards Alan

rosboroughasd
