    <description>&lt;P&gt;The encrypted passwords for the secondary added email accounts haven't been transferred to the new mail platform.&amp;nbsp; That's why they're not working for the unified mailbox. The individual mailboxes will be fully functional. &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;See if you can Edit each added email account to redo the password OR just delete the added email accounts and set them up afresh.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since the upgrade I cannot access my unified emails on Webmail.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My main email account is working fine but the others(2) that were working prior the upgrade, are now blank.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
