Unable to send emails

Hello

Receiving emails but unable to send emails. I've cleared a lot of old emails in inbox to free up space but still can't send any emails.

Please help

Select here: Sign in to TalkTalk Mail

Enter your email address and password, select Sign in.

Select New email to compose and self-send the same mailbox a mail message. Check that the message sends without error, is copied into the Sent folder and arrives and stays in the Inbox.

Let us know of any error message, or if mail did not arrive in the Inbox.

Your other post said you use a Kindle. This doesn't work very well with TalkTalk Mail so download and use the BlueMail email app that you'll find in the Kindle store. BlueMail will set up nicely using your email address and password.

As for deleting from the online Trash folder. To totally and permanently delete the entire Trash folder just select the Trash folder and then the triple dots icon after the folder name (for an unmigrated mailbox - use the triple line icon after the folder name) and then select from the menu Empty Trash and confirm by selecting Empty folder.
