    <description>&lt;P&gt;Update:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I check my SMTP server list I see that all the TalkTalk servers are offline even for email addresses that I haven't yet changed the password so maybe it's a problem with TalkTalk although when I checked their server status page no issues were being reported.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Mac Mail Can't send emails after password change</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Having lost an iPad I decided to change the password on my TalkTalk email account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can still receive emails but I can't send any.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've checked my settings according to the TalkTalk page - using Port 993 for incoming and 587 for outgoing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My SMTP account is shown as "Offline".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I try to save the Server Settings I get an error message saying "Unable to verify account name or password".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help would be much appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
