Hi,
This isn't a problem with TT emails but I bet you can help me to solve it anyway. I am using Thunderbird on Windows 10 with Chrome browser.
On Thunderbird I have a top-level folder named "Saved Emails". A couple of days ago I moved a sub-sub folder within Saved Emails to become a top-level sub-folder within Saved Emails. All OK. However, today my entire sub-folder has disappeared from Thunderbird - but it's still there OK if I go into TT webmail, so the emails themselves have not been lost. In Thunderbird I now have a sub-sub folder in the Saved Emails list with the name of the missing folder, but this sub-sub folder is in italics and completely empty.
Reasonable to think there is an error in Thunderbird? Possibly a directory corruption (like we used to get with WLM) ??
My request for help is this: can I force TT webmail to download the missing sub-folder into Thunderbird? It contains about 300 emails.

I've checked all my email folders and rebooted - no difference.
Many thanks.
