Webmail inbox today suddenly had a surprise new look and I had to sign in with password to access it. Since then I can't log in at all to my webmail. What is going on?

Quite a few people getting "User is deactivated (AUTHORIZATION-0001)" messages when they try to log on - since around 16,30h in my case.

Have you used the Chrome browser to login to webmail?

Select here: Sign in to TalkTalk Mail

Enter your full TalkTalk Mail email address, select Continue and enter the password, select Sign in.

Does your mailbox work when using an email app and it's just webmail that you're having trouble with? What exactly are you seeing when trying to sign in to your mailbox?
