I don't recognise that as a genuine TalkTalk Mail platform error message.

What's the real error message and what device and email software are you using when you see such an error message?

So, Mysticmeg, you've signed out of Community without responding. Do I need to get my crystal ball polished to be able to see what you're talking about?

Sorry, I'm new to how to operate within the Community and not always on-line. That was on TT Webmail [TT app suite] on a Dell compute using Microsoft. I can't send picture as it gives discloses a name. Thanks for your interest.
