My Tiscali.co.uk email has suddenly stopped working last week and cannot get back into it?

Have had my old email address going for many years and suddenly it has stopped working and come up with error 0x800CCC0E.

Using a pc with Windows 10 Pro 18363 build and Office 2019. My ESET security has come up recently about Azure Code Sighing. Now certain up dates cannot be done automatically on my build as apparently 18363 needs to be updated with later builds in the 22 bracket.

Can anybody explain if this has anything to do with tiscali.co.uk emails no longer coming to my Outlook Office 2019.

Test the tiscali mailbox via webmail first to make sure the mailbox is working. Then if it is you'll know the issue is with Outlook.

Select here: Sign in to TalkTalk Mail

Enter your full TalkTalk Mail tiscali email address, select Continue and enter the password, select Sign in.

Do you get signed in? See the mail messages in the Inbox? Can select New email and compose and send mail?

If all is good then run a Repair job on Outlook. The PST data file often gets corrupted.
