Unable to log in to Talktalk.net e mail

Hi Ya

I cannot log in to my web mail or client e mail

Web mail gives this message

ERROR

Some mandatory configuration could not be loaded.

(namespace)

My Outlook client say my password is incorrect which is is not.

Advice please

I hope it's just a transient database access error on the mail platform when trying to access your mailbox. At what point does the error message appear?

Thanks for replying.

The error is at the start of login but it may be fixed as I can access e mails on my phones client.

The e mail status link is showing as a fault but wasn't before posting the question so happy to wait Now.
