    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi troutfisherman, have you tried removing outlook and then readding it? Usually if there's a corruption a quick remove and readd will cure it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes have a problem on 1 email a/c suddenly happened. Went in to repair a/c but password keeps going back to upper and lower case. Correct password but start letter now lower case should be caps rest of letters now caps should be lower case! dont know how to cure it. Other email addresses ok. Any ideas please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You probably had the caps lock button on when you set it up.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Go back in and reset the password ensuring you have caps lock off (use forgotton password?). Alternatively leave it as it's possibly more secure this way.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi thanks for suggestions, but didn't solve the problem unfortunately, that email works on my other devices ie laptop, phone, and tablet its only on my PC an error message comes up Ox800cccoe,I go into repair on settings but what ever i do the corrupted password comes up, think it must be a problem on pc. Says cannot connect to server. Any thoughts please&lt;/P&gt;</description>
