    <description>&lt;P&gt;OK. The workaround is, instead of selecting Edit, select the X delete icon on the right of the row and confirm deletion. That doesn't delete the mailbox but just removes it as an added secondary email account.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Then go back to the main Mail screen.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Select the settings cog icon top right&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Select the Add email account menu item&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Add the email account afresh&lt;BR /&gt;You may be asked to set up manually&lt;BR /&gt;You'll need to use the standard email settings for TalkTalk Mail&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The secondary added email accounts will stop working because the encrypted password is not migrated to the new look platform. It's a simple fix.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Sign in to the primary email account mailbox in TalkTalk Mail webmail&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Select the settings cog icon top right&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Select All settings menu item&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;In the left side of the modal that appears select Accounts&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Select Edit for the non-working added email account&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Scroll down and clear the password box and enter the correct password for that added account&lt;BR /&gt;You may need to do that for both incoming and outgoing mail servers&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Save&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;All done.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
