User is deactivated (AUTHORIZATION-0001)

I have just tried to create an e-mail on my IMac and got this message 'User is deactivated (AUTHORIZATION-0001)'. There has been no contact from TalkTalk to suggest that there is a problem with my account. I can use my account on my tablet. Any ideas

Please reset your browser to delete history, cache and cookies then select the button below to sign in.

Select here: Sign in to TalkTalk Mail

Enter your full TalkTalk Mail email address, select Continue and enter the password, select Sign in.

When you get signed in to the new look mail platform then make sure you bookmark that page as the new sign in page and ensure all bookmarks to the former mail platform are removed. Your mailbox is migrated to the new look platform and doesn't exist on the former platform. This is why you see the User is deactivated because that's the case for the former platform.

You'll be ok from here on.
