I'll assume you're using a TalkTalk Mail email address and not a personal domain name address?

The workaround will be to use TalkTalk Mail webmail to send TalkTalk Mail emails.

Select here:  Sign in to TalkTalk Mail

Enter your full TalkTalk Mail email address, select Continue and enter the password, select Sign in.

If you're using a TalkTalk Consumer home router / hub and email client software then switch off the router / hub for at least 30 minutes but perhaps overnight so that hopefully when rebooted the router will be allocated a different IP address. TalkTalk Consumer only use dynamic IP allocation so maybe the public IP address you currently have was previously used to send spam.

If you have a static public IP address then you'll be a TalkTalk Business (TTB) customer so you need to contact your allocated TTB customer service manager to help you.
