Log-in page not loading in Chrome

Since last Thursday the Web Mail log in page does not load in Chrome. The little arrow just keeps on going round. All other web pages load as normal. It does work in Edge and on my Android tablet but thsi is not convenient.

Does anyone else have this problem and can it be solved.

Do a full reset of the Chrome browser to remove history, cache and cookies and to unload all extensions including ad-blockers and tracker blockers that prevent the correct saving of essential cookies.

Reset settings is available via the Chrome settings menu.

Let us know that you can sign in.

Select here: Sign in to TalkTalk Mail

Enter your full TalkTalk Mail email address, select Continue and enter the password, select Sign in.
