Blank Settings Panel

When I click on the Settings Icon, then click all settings, all i get is a blank panel with the options down the left hand side. Clicking on any of these results in no action, just the blank panel. I'm trying to get to my Blocked Senders list as I'm not getting emails that I should. I use webmail, via Chrome

A Reset settings action in Chrome will usually fix the issue you're experiencing or try a different browser like Edge or Firefox.

Select the settings menu cog icon
Select All settings
Select Mail
scroll down to Rules and select the > right chevron icon to expand the rules section
If you do have a Blocked Senders filter rule that's been inherited from an old version of TalkTalk Mail then it's highly likely to have outdated and ineffective rules defined so it may be worth deleting that rule and starting afresh or reviewing the function of all rules.
