Trying to cancel TalkTalk Mail Plus

Good afternoon,

I’m hoping that someone can assist with a problem that I have with Mail Plus. I have been trying to cancel Mail Plus for several months but have been unable to log-in to My Account as I was getting constant error messages despite the password being correct.

I tried again today & can now log-in to My Account but my email is linked to the wrong account number. When I initially set-up Mail Plus there were some problems and I ended up with 2 account numbers, this was sorted out and the correct account was linked to my email and this account number appears on my monthly billing e mails for Mail Plus.

Could someone please advise how I can get this sorted as I want to cancel Mail Plus and this can only be done via My Account.
