    <description>&lt;P&gt;Good afternoon,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’m hoping that someone can assist with a problem that I have with Mail Plus. I have been trying to cancel Mail Plus for several months but have been unable to log-in to My Account as I was getting constant error messages despite the password being correct.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried again today &amp;amp; can now log-in to My Account but my email is linked to the wrong account number. When I initially set-up Mail Plus there were some problems and I ended up with 2 account numbers, this was sorted out and the correct account was linked to my email and this account number appears on my monthly billing e mails for Mail Plus.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could someone please advise how I can get this sorted as I want to cancel Mail Plus and this can only be done via My Account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance for any assistance you can provide to help me resolve this issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
