Please just follow up on this thread, @Irons. I've moved the duplicate out of the way.

You'll need to complete your community forum profile details for TT staff to identify your account.

Go via your avatar/name; settings. From the drop down menu, select Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES after completing your information.

Staff reply Monday to Friday during the day.

What Operating system is on the PC and what email software are you using? I'd need to know the OS version and the email software version to be sure that both are supported by TalkTalk Mail.

What happens if you use an up to date browser like Chrome, Edge or Firefox to access your mailbox via the webmail sign in?

Select here: Sign in to TalkTalk Mail

Enter your full TalkTalk Mail email address, select Continue and enter the password, select Sign in.
