    <description>&lt;P&gt;So long as the iMac OS is up to date and the browser is up to date and supported, e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Edge or Safari then a browser reset will usually get things working again.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Either try a different browser or if you need help with carrying out a browser reset then let me know the details of the iMac OS and browser and I'll advise.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can not open my email account on my iMac desk top. The circle of doom keeps going around. I can open it on my iPhone. I only have a small phone and can not see my messages very well why is this happening on my desk top.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone have any suggestions for a fix please&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Lynn&lt;/P&gt;</description>
